摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A hybrid supercapacitor using transition metal oxide aerogel is provided to increase the capacitance by maximizing an effective contacting area between electrolyte and an electrode as the hybrid supercapacitor is formed as one body without using a binder. CONSTITUTION: A carbon aerogel cathode is formed. The transition metal nitride aerogel anode with an oxidized surface is formed. A hybrid capacitor is formed by using the cathode and the anode. The carbon aerogel cathode has the pore distribution of the mesoporous size more than 20nm.</p>
