PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase user friendliness when executing programs using a plurality of display parts.

SOLUTION: A user PC 20 uses an API of an OS to acquire display information including information showing a display displaying a window of a first application 31 (separate program) associated, then uses the display information to determine whether or not the display on which the first window of the first application 31 is displayed is different from an initial startup display, and skips a move process if they are the same, or moves a linked window to be displayed to the display on which the first window is displayed in a visible manner if they are not the same. The new window to be displayed is thus displayed on the same display even when the program is a different linked program.
