<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that evaluation contents depend on original know-how of an individual consultantan, then evaluation is apt to become ideological and conceptual when evaluating the business power of a company. <P>SOLUTION: A business power evaluation device 100 includes: a self-evaluation point calculating part 304 for respectively calculating a self evaluation point for each evaluation item from a result obtained when each person evaluates respective questions personally on the basis of a questionnaire during evaluating business power in an organization on the basis of a plurality of common evaluation items that do not depend upon an organizational hierarchy; an objective evaluation point calculating part 305 for respectively calculating an object evaluation point for each evaluation item on the basis of determination and correspondence answered by the each person to each case study of a plurality of case studies about business, and the behavior of each person and other outer appearances and impressions; and a graph preparing part 308 for preparing a graph by plotting the self-evaluation point and the objective evaluation point with each evaluation item as an axis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
