PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition and a vulcanizable rubber composition excellent in extrudability, and to provide a conductive vulcanized rubber excellent in surface smoothness and dimensional accuracy obtained using these. SOLUTION: The rubber composition is provided by mixing: an epihalohydrin rubber (A); and a nitrile rubber (B) which contains 10-50 wt.% of anα,β-ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer unit, 49.9-89.9 wt.% of a conjugated diene monomer unit, and 0.1-3 wt.% of a multifunctional monomer unit.
