PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a result analyzed by normalization in a standard shape overlapping to an image of a shape of a subject's organ which is not normalized. SOLUTION: An apparatus has a Z value computing part 53 for comparing normal brain data of a healthy subject with normal brain data of a test subject to compute the Z value, a normalization/inverse normalization part 55 for normalizing the personal brain data of the test subject to the normal brain and inversely normalizing it using a parameter used for normalizing an analytic result of the normal brain to the personal brain, a brain surface data generating part for generating 3D brain surface data having the personal brain shape data of the test subject on the brain surface based on the personal brain shape data of the test subject and the Z value data treated by inverse normalization, and a 2D image generating part for generating the 2D image for two-dimensionally displaying the Z value distribution of the brain surface based on the 3D brain surface data, and for displaying the 2D image.
