PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and easily change a height of a shelf board of a rack facility by using a moving work vehicle. SOLUTION: This rack facility is composed of a combination of a rack and the moving work vehicle for changing the height of the shelf board. The rack is provided with the shelf boards 7b-7n supported so that the height is freely changed to shelf board support frames 8a and 8b. Locking members 16a-17b freely engaging-disengaging to a locking object part arranged at a proper interval in the height direction on the shelf board support frame 8a, 8b side, are arranged on both right-left side edges in the shelf boards 7b-7n, and an operation means 22 is arranged for enabling these locking members 16a-17b to make engaging-disengaging motion to the locking object part. The moving work vehicle is provided with a freely liftable shelf board support base 50 enterable into the lower side of the shelf boards 7b-7n. This shelf board support base 50 is mounted with an operation means driving device 53 for enabling the locking members 16a-17b to make the engaging-disengaging motion by operating an operation means 22 on the shelf board 7b-7n side supported by the shelf board support base 50.
