PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device for picking up an excellent photographed image by reducing dust sticking onto a light receiving surface side of an imaging element especially in a stored state. SOLUTION: The imaging device includes an imaging optical system comprising a first-group lens to a fourth-group lens; a CCD frame 91 having an opening 91a made open to the imaging optical system; a CCD 96 mounted in the opening 91a of the CCD frame 91; and an adhesive sheet 99 in a square frame shape which is stuck on an imaging optical side surface at a periphery of the opening 91a and whose surface is adhesive.
