PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an amount of consumption of a liquid. SOLUTION: The liquid ejection apparatus has (A) a head which ejects the liquid to a medium, and (B) a control part which makes the liquid jetted from the head by a predetermined timing to a predetermined pixel on the medium. (C) The control part measures a stop time as a time when the head is kept from ejecting the liquid, and makes a timing for ejecting the liquid from the head to the predetermined pixel different from the predetermined timing in a correction period from a time when the head starts ejecting the liquid again to a time when the head finishes ejecting the liquid of an amount corresponding to the stop time.
