<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo carrying apparatus in a simple constitution for improving working efficiency in cargo loading to the cargo compartment of an aircraft and cargo unloading from the cargo compartment of the aircraft, and to provide a cargo loading method for loading a cargo to the cargo compartment of the aircraft using such a cargo carrying apparatus, and a cargo unloading method from the cargo compartment of the aircraft. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This portable cargo carrying apparatus 150 has a mat member 20, an acrylic plate 40 and a plurality of ball members 10 rotatably supported on the acrylic plate 40 and rotating by being driven in response to the movement of the cargo, and is used for carrying the cargo.
