<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably keep a food product, etc. fresh for a long time by preventing a freshness-keeping-liquid enclosed in a packaging cover from oozing out. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A packaging cover 3 covering an absorbent 2 outwardly is formed by sealing the four sides of the peripheral edge 4A of two top and bottom laminated films 4 in a mutually superimposed condition. The film 4 comprises a transparent or translucent film 5 formed using a hydrophilic film made of a resin material for allowing the permeation of a freshness-keeping-liquid in the form of gas and preventing the permeation of the same in the form of a liquid, a print layer 6 formed by printing on the inside face of the film 5, and a sealant layer 7 forming a sealing part 9 on the film 5 around the periphery of the absorbent 2 in manufacturing the film 5 as a packaging cover provided on the inside face of the film 5 with the layer 6 in between.
