<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high durability without requiring maintenance work of a bearing part by a user. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The bearing part of a carrier (206) and a guide shaft (207) having a cylindrical slide guiding surface are engaged to guide in direct advance. A lubricant (grease) is applied and supplied between the slide guiding surface and the bearing part. While the carrier moves in direct advance to the guide shaft, the guide shaft rotates around the shaft. In maintenance mode, the carrier moves in direct advance and at the same time the guide shaft rotates, so that the grease is spirally applied again on the slide guiding surface over moving stroke of the carrier.
