<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide rail device for a vehicle, easily manufactured and assembled as the slide rail device, by improving a lock device, easily manufactured by reducing costs while enhanced in lock strength. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This lock device 30 is provided with: a pair of holding members 21 which are integrated to an upper rail 20 and project into the upper rail 20; a lock device 30 mounted between the holding members 21 by a support arm 32 to be oscillatable in the upper rail 20, a first lock claw and a second lock claw formed integrally with a lock member 31 to be engageable to each of locking groove 11 and locking hole 12 on a lower rail 10 side; and an elastic repulsion means 40 for energizing the lock member 31 so that the first lock claw and the second lock claw may be oscillated in the engaging direction.
