<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device and a display system which prevent a transferred container from falling when displayed in the display device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a placing part 31 of the display device, the container is transferred from a container feed part to a container take-out part by roll-like members 311a. Bar members 35a, 35b, 35c, 35d rotatably held are disposed on the roll-like members 311a. The bar members 35a, 35b, 35c, 35d are disposed alternately with respect to the transferring direction of the container. When the bar members 35a, 35b, 35c, 35d come into contact with the upside of the container during transfer, the rotating force is applied to the container to prevent the container from falling.
