PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube heat-generation type high-temperature fluid heating device which can attain quick temperature rise. SOLUTION: A different-material connection tube is adopted as a tube 43 also used as a heating element at a heating section 42, a non-magnetic conductive heat-resisting material is used for an introduction side section 44 of the different-material connection tube 43, and a magnetic conductive heat-resisting material is used for a discharge side section 45 of the different-material connection tube 43. An upper limit temperature C of the non-magnetic conductive heat-resisting material of the introduction side section 44 at the time of the above-mentioned selection is to be set higher than the Curie temperature A of the magnetic conductive heat-resisting material of the discharge side section 45.
