<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leveling member for a rotary tilling device, advantageous in cost, and also having a good workability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This leveling member 17 for the rotary tilling device is provided by equipping an oblong-formed plate 18 having flexibility and having its upper end part joined with the rear end part of a cover of the rotary tilling device, and two supporting plates 25 made from a metal, as capable of freely switching the postures of a state of being mounted as installed side by side in a transverse direction by a sideways posture along with the lower side part 18b of the plate 18 and the state of being mounted by a lengthwise posture at the central part of a sideways direction of the plate 18, and constituting a part between the supporting plates 25 in the lower side part 18b of the plate as freely demountable at a fixing part with which the rotary tilling device is equipped so as to be positioned downward of the rear end part of the cover.
