<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrush integrated with a lighting device, which enables a person in a nursing-requiring state or with disabled limbs to receive oral care by another person while output light is introduced into the oral cavity during cleaning care, so that the oral cavity can be cleaned while dark parts in the oral cavity are illuminated to give a visible state, and that a newly affected part can be found. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The toothbrush with a lighting device for nursing care medical service includes a toothbrush body with an outer cleaning brush, composed as one body including a battery, a power switch, a light emitting diode, a light conductivity pipe, or the like. In accordance with a state when the power switch is operated, light using the light emitting diode as light source is introduced through the light conductivity pipe to under a cleaning brush at the end, is diffuse reflected at the end of the light conductivity pipe, and is transmitted through the outer cleaning brush at the end that is transparent or in emission light transmitting color, so that the inside of the oral cavity is visible by means of the light. By varying the wavelength of light from the light emitting diode, a newly affected part in the oral cavity can be found in an early state while the oral cavity is cleaned.
