Carbon nanotube heater

摘要

A planar heater includes a planar supporter, two electrodes and a heating element. The heating element is supported by the planar supporter and electrically connected between the two electrodes. The heating element includes at least one carbon nanotube structure and a matrix. The at least one carbon nanotube structure includes a carbon nanotube film including of a plurality of carbon nanotubes. An angle between a primary alignment direction of the carbon nanotubes and a surface of the carbon nanotube film is about 0 degrees to about 15 degrees.
