PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine composition and a pharmaceutical compound which are used as prophylaxis of or for treating staph infections, inflammation, or the like, and are especially used as a disinfectant of a local usage in a tooth treatment. SOLUTION: The medicine composition includes (i) at least one alkaline metal hypochlorite, and (ii) at least one N-haloamine taurine. A method of preparing the same and the use thereof as a pharmaceutical compound which are used as prophylaxis of or for treating staph infections, inflammation, or the like are disclosed.
