A method, a device and a system for obtaining user equipment (UE) location information are provided by the present invention. Said method comprises: an interworking function entity (IWF) receives UE location information reported by a mobility management entity (MME); said IWF determines trusted UE location information on the basis of the UE location information reported by said MME; said IWF interacts with the UE or a mobile switching center (MSC) on the basis of said trusted UE location information. The method, device and system embodied in the present invention ensure that an MSC can obtain trusted, accurate UE location information under a circuit switched domain services over evolved packet switched access (CSoPS) architecture.
