PURPOSE: A method for preparing CTP-rhPAP antigen protein in a multimer type is provided to ensure safety with less contamination and to promoted maturation of dendritic cells. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing dendritic cell-sensitized CTP-rhPAP(cytoplasmic transduction peptiderecombinant human prostate acid phosphatase) antigen in a multimer form comprises: a step of culturing a host cell transformed with CTP-rhPAP protein expression vector to express CTP-rhPAP protein; a step of crushing the host cell and isolating CTP-rhPAP protein; a step of purifying the CTP-rhPAP protein by affinity chromatography; and a step of purifying gel filtration chromatography.
