<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of preventing destruction of its body even when an external force exceeding a predetermined value is applied to the body of the display device from the outside. <P>SOLUTION: The display device includes a body having a display panel and a chassis disposed on the rear surface of the display panel, and a stand having a plurality of columnar supports to which the body is connected to be supported.
