摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength of a valve element while preventing the linking of the valve element with a stopper and self-closing of the valve element under a dynamic pressure. <P>SOLUTION: The solenoid valve includes a fluid passage forming member 31 having a fluid passage 31a communicating with an external space; a valve element 35 disposed in the fluid passage to open and close the fluid passage; a spring which works an electric force to the valve element in the valve opening direction; a drive part which drives the valve element in the valve closing direction against the elastic force of the spring; and a stopper 36 disposed on the valve opening direction side over the valve element and regulating the valve opening position of the valve element by face-contacting with the valve element. The valve element is configured so that the valve opening direction is a direction extending from the fluid passage to the external space, and a contact surface 36b which face-contacts with the valve element of the stopper includes a recessed part 36c extending in parallel to the contact surface, and the recessed part constitutes a fluid inlet passage for guiding fluid to between the valve element and the stopper when the valve element is in face contact with the stopper. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
