PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output whether or not there is a hope for an output broadcast wave to be restored to a receivable state.

SOLUTION: In the case where a broadcast program is outputted by the output section 102, a detecting section 107 detects whether or not an output broadcast wave corresponding to the broadcast program being outputted is in a receivable state. Then, if the output broadcast wave is in an unreceivable state, a determination section 109 determines whether or not there is a hope for the output broadcast wave to be restored to a receivable state. Subsequently, a control section 110 controls the output section 102 to output a determination result of whether or not there is a hope for the output broadcast wave to be restored to a receivable state.
