PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary placement stand for an air conditioner outdoor unit adjustable to a required height, compactly fordable, and being stably and easily fixed by utilizing a guardrail of a balcony. SOLUTION: This temporary placement stand for an air conditioner outdoor unit is composed of a horizontal underframe 2 for placing the air conditioner outdoor unit O, a leg body 3 at a balcony floor side which is connected to one end side of the horizontal underframe 2 and of which a length is adjustable, and a leg body 4 at a balcony guardrail side which is connected to the other end side of the horizontal underframe 2 and of which a length is adjustable. A grip fixing bracket 5 capable of being fixed to a top section Co of the guardrail C in a state of gripping the top section, is disposed on a lower end of the guardrail-side leg body 4, and the balcony floor-side leg body 3 and the guardrail-side leg body 4 are connected to the horizontal underframe 2 foldably and fixably at a right angle respectively through connecting fittings 6, 7.
