PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: in a conventional driver IC, a first pad connected to a terminal where a wiring from the outside of a substrate is connected to one side of opposing long sides, and a second pad connected to a circuit disposed in the substrate in the other side are arranged and therefore a width required for laying the wiring line to connect to terminal to the first pad makes difficult the frame narrowing of the display device. SOLUTION: The first pad and the second pad are disposed along on the long sides of a driver IC. In each long side, the first pad is disposed closer to the terminal side than the second pad.
