PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pressing ring from being inserted in error in the state that a flexible pipe is not inserted. SOLUTION: This flexible pipe joint 10 includes a joint body 20, a sealing material 22, and the pressing ring 24. The sealing material 22 has an engaging portion 61. The engaging portion 61 is pushed by the flexible pipe 300 inserted through a pipe insertion hole 63, to move the sealing material 22 to an insertion completing position. An obstruction portion 64 is provided on the rear side of the sealing material 22. The obstruction portion 64, when pushed by the pressing ring 24, stands on the front side thereof to prevent the fitting of a snap ring 26 into recessed portions 84, 94.
