<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of measuring distance/moving velocity for performing precise and high-speed measurement without mounting a high-speed ADC with high resolution. <P>SOLUTION: An analog integration signal processing circuit 6 is mounted, which includes: a distance measurement circuit 12 holding a voltage value Vs1 that rises with the lapse of time, at a time point when the peak of an electric signal Vin is detected by a peak detection circuit 11; and a distance measurement circuit 13 or the like holding a voltage value Vs2 that rises with the lapse of time at a rising rate different from that of the voltage value Vs1 in the distance measurement circuit 12, at a time point when the peak of the electric signal Vin is detected by the peak detection circuit 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
