<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform more efficiently processing result output processing in a particle behavior analyzer. <P>SOLUTION: A numerical value operation processing part 234 calculates behavior of the particle in consideration of interaction force with another substance that acts on a particle, while performing information communication with other devices, regarding a divided portion divided in accordance with a division method determined beforehand relative to particles in an analysis object range. A priority setting part 242 sets on a particle, priority corresponding to propriety of output processing of an analysis result based on the kind of the particle, a distribution of a particle characteristic, the kind of atoms constituting the particle or the like. A division processing part 250 divides the particles in the analysis object range in accordance with the division method determined beforehand, and assigns each divided portion to each numerical value operation processing part 234. An output data processing part 236 or a row direction processing result output processing part 260 switches output propriety of an analysis result acquired by the numerical value operation processing part 234 based on the set priority.
