<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement composition from which mortar or concrete having high fluidity and exhibiting high strength from a short period to a long period can be produced. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cement composition contains: cement; and one or more kinds of strength enhancing agents selected from the group consisting of acetic acid, propionic acid and the salts thereof, and the content of the strength enhancing agent(s) is 0.05 to 2.5 pts.mass to 100 pts.mass of the cement.
