<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the insulation performance of a bus bar unit, etc. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The bus bar unit includes a plurality of bus bars, which include the first bus bar and the second bus bar 22, and an insulating holder in which each bus bar is arranged. The holder includes the first groove 34a, which has the first opening 35a for receiving the first bus bar, and the second groove 34b, which has the second opening 35b for receiving the second bus bar 22 and is arranged adjacent to the first groove 34a. The first bus bar has the first terminal arm 21d, which straddles the second bus bar 22, and an insulator 25 is arranged between the first terminal arm 21d and the second bus bar 22.
