<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foil transfer-injection molding method, which reduces the occurrences of wrinkles of a transfer foil and foil burr, and a die, and a molded article. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A slide core 101 is provided which constitutes a cavity contoured part and biases a movable side die 131 by a spring 111 at a given pressure. In molding, crinkle occurrence of the molded article contoured part are suppressed by carrying out a contour forming and a fixation of a transfer film 141 by the slide core 101. Further, after the injection, shaping, and cooling of a melting resin, the die is opened in a state that the cavity contoured part of the transfer film 141 is fixed with the slide core 101. At this time, the transfer foil is separated from the transfer foil and a substrate film of the transfer film 141 at the molded part and the non-molded part of the molded article in the cavity contoured part, by which the transfer foil is cut off as a contour shape to suppress the occurrence of the foil burr.
