<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet-seat heating device which can prevent the seat from getting chilled. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The toilet-seat heating device comprises: a toilet seat having a built-in heat source; a seat cover which covers the seat; a deodorization device which absorbs and deodorizes the air in a toilet bowl and discharges it to the outside of the bowl; a toilet-seat-outside heating device which heats the outside of the toilet seat; a use-detecting means which detects the end of the use of the toilet-seat heating device; and a control part which starts driving of the toilet-seat outside heating device when the use-detecting means detects the end of the use while the deodorization device is driving.
