PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating seat device including a simple and inexpensive peeling prevention mechanism and a compression deformation prevention mechanism enhanced in safety performance by improving mechanical strength in relation to a peeling load and a compression load of a seat including a rotating mechanism and a moving mechanism. SOLUTION: The rotating seat device includes a lower rail 3 and an upper rail 4, a rotary plate 5 supported by a rotary plate lower rail 51 on the upper rail, a seat frame, a peeling prevention mechanism 7 having a first load transmission member (load transmission pin 71) erected on the upper rail and a hook member 77 provided at a rear side of a bottom surface of the rotary plate, and a compression deformation prevention mechanism 8 having a second load transmission member (load transmission pin 71) erected on the upper rail and an abutting plate member 81 provided at a front side of the bottom surface of the rotary plate. The peeling load applied to the rotary plate is shared by a rotary plate lower rail 51 and the first load transmission member 71.
