PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shackle capable of detecting the restriction or the release of restriction of a shackle shaft by a lock mechanism. SOLUTION: This shackle includes a shackle body 2 integrally having a pair of straight rods 6 which face each other at an interval and a curved rod 7 which connects the upper ends of both straight rods 6, the shackle shaft 10 which extends through both the right and left side straight rods 6 at the lower ends, the lock mechanism 20 which restricts or releases the restrict of the extraction of the shackle shaft 10 from the left side straight rod 6, and a first sensor 21 for detecting the restriction or the release of restriction by the lock mechanism 20.
