<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste in which there is no viscosity change even after repeating use and which is superior on filling-up characteristics into a through-hole prepared on an insulating sheet and has low conductive resistance after curing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The conductive paste includes 5-20 wt.% triallyl isocyanate, 0.25-8 wt.% triallyl isocyanate prepolymer, 0.05-0.5 wt.% polyoxyethlene alkyl ether-phosphoric ester with H.L.B value (hydrophilic-oleophilic balance) of 6.6-12.5, and 75-94 wt.% conductive powder.
