<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which improves an assembly workability of a reinforcing plate. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus includes a printed-circuit board to which components are mounted, a first connector for external connection provided in a periphery of the printed-circuit board, the reinforcing plate, a first fixing member, and a second fixing member. The reinforcing plate includes, a first part fixed to the region corresponding to the components on the printed-circuit board, and a second part extending from the first part and fixed to the printed-circuit board so as to reinforce the first connector. The first fixing member fixes the first part to the printed-circuit part at the end positioned to the side opposite to the part facing the second part, out of the first part.
