The invention relates to a remote traction and guidance system for mini-invasive surgery, which is easy to position and attach and causes less damage, said system including: at least one removable surgical endoclamp (10) with attachment means (11, 12), assembled with an insertion guide (20), occupying an initially open position and a naturally closed position when removed from the insertion guide (20) by a removal mechanism, said endoclamp (10) having a portion of ferromagnetic material on the end opposite the attachment means (11, 12); a cylinder-shaped insertion guide (20) assembled with the aforementioned endoclamp (10) and including an endoclamp (10) removal mechanism; and at least one means (30) allowing remote traction of the endoclamp (10) with the application of an electromagnetic field that is exerted on the above-mentioned portion of ferromagnetic material. |
