<p>A heat pump-type hot-water supply and air-conditioning device (HP) provided with a water system (30) which is subjected to heating by a refrigerant system (10) of a heat pump to obtain hot water and performing defrosting operation by setting the circulation direction of a refrigerant in the refrigerant system (10) to a cooling cycle, wherein, in the defrosting operation, the risk of freezing of a water-refrigerant heat exchanger is avoided using a minimum required heat source. Depending on the detected value of the temperature of hot water flowing in the water system (30), either hot water which is circulating in a hot-water circulation path (32) or hot water which is being stored within a hot-water tank (37) is selected as water to be made to flow to an indoor heat exchanger (13) in the defrosting operation. When the detected value of the temperature of the hot water becomes lower than or equal to the value of a predetermined water temperature, the stored hot water is selected.</p> |
