<p>The present invention relates to a solvent-type shoe cleaner composition, consisting of 45 to 95 wt % of dimethyl carbonate, which is an environmentally-friendly solvent having a low boiling point, containing no substances proscribed in the VOC regulations, and 55 to 5 wt % of methyl propyl ketone which is an environmentally-friendly solvent not classified as an HAP. The cleaner with the above-described composition can be used when cleaning a shoe having an outer sole, a midsole, an inner sole, an upper sole and the like, and preferably can be used when cleaning materials such as natural rubber, synthetic rubber, EVA, resin, polyurethane, leather, fiber and the like.</p> |
