PURPOSE: An inorganic non-slip flooring material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the contamination, and to improve the safety for the slipping property of a floor. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an inorganic non-slip flooring material comprises the following steps: preparing an inorganic flooring surface(1); and coating the inorganic flooring surface with a UV curing surface treating agent. The UV curing surface treating agent contains the following: an inorganic or organic bead; an oligomer including urethane acrylate, epoxy acrylate, or polyester acrylate; a monomer including 2-diethyl hexylphosphoric acid, hexanediol dinorbornenecarboxylate, or trimethylol propaneethoxylate-triacrylate; and a photoinitiator including acetophenone or benzophenone.
