<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect not only the drop of a nurse call slave unit from a distributor but also the drop of a mat sensor when the mat sensor and the nurse call slave unit are connected in parallel from the distributor which is connected to a wall-embedded slave unit. <P>SOLUTION: A first resistance 220 arranged in the wall-embedded slave unit 100 and a second resistance 420 arranged in a hand shape slave unit 140 are serially connected through the use of wiring via the distributor 120 and the mat sensor 160 from the wall-embedded slave unit 100 to the hand shape slave unit 140 via the distributor 120 again, and made as resistance for the voltage dividing of a power source voltage Vcc. Thus, when both the hand shape slave unit 140 and the mat sensor 160 are not dropped from the distributor 120, a closed circuit is formed, where an electric current is made to flow from a power source 200 to the ground via the two resistance 220, 420.
