摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive material in which the constitution is simple, manufacturing cost is low, and coloring of transmitted light is less, and to provide a touch panel using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent conductive material is prepared by means that on one side or both sides of a substrate (A), a hard coat layer, an intermediate refractive index layer (B) with a layer thickness of 100 to 175 nm by the optical thickness, and a conductive layer (C) with a layer thickness of 10 to 60 nm by the optical thickness are laminated in this order from the substrate side. Moreover, the refractive index of the hard coat layer is 1.45 to 1.65, and the refractive index of the intermediate refractive index layer (B) is 1.7 to 1.85, and a relationship: refractive index of hard coat layer<refractive index of intermediate refractive index layer (B)<refractive index of conductive layer (C) is satisfied. The intermediate refractive index layer (B) is formed of metal oxide and UV-curable monomer, the average particle size of the metal oxide is 0.01 to 0.05μm, and weight ratio of the metal oxide and the UV-curable monomer is 50/50 to 90/10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
