PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device which can remove a foreign matter deposited on a surface of an optical component and its foreign removing program. SOLUTION: The imaging device includes an imaging element (4) which photoelectrically converts an object on a photoelectric conversion surface, an optical component (5) which is located on the front of the photoelectric conversion surface and images the object on the photoelectric conversion surface, a plurality of vibration elements (61, 62) which vibrate the optical component, a vibration element driving means (9) which drives the vibration element correspondent to each of a plurality of vibration modes different in vibration form, and a vibration control means (10) which changes the number of the vibration elements driving on each vibration mode.
