PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow one sensor device combined with a dialyzer to monitor both blood leakage and hemolysis by configuring the sensor device to be combined with the dialyzer for monitoring leakage of blood into a dialysate during the dialysis treatment to detect both blood leakage and hemolysis with one sensor. SOLUTION: A light emission part for emitting transmitted light to be transmitted within a sample tub is disposed with a white LED as a light source on the outer surface of the sample tub formed so that the dialysate flows inside on one end side in the longitudinal direction; and a light receiving part for making a light receiving element receive the light from the light emission part is disposed, using a color sensor to be actuated by sensing color components of the light of the white LED as the light receiving element, on the front surface on the other end side of the sample tub in the longitudinal direction. By detecting and measuring the attenuation of the red component and blue component of the transmission light from the white LED, both blood leakage and hemolysis can be detected or determined by one sensor device.
