PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation structure of an instrument capable of ensuring mounting of a porous film on a case, wherein the porous film is hardly touchable from the outside of the case. SOLUTION: This structure includes: the case 5 storing the instrument, and provided with a hole part 20 communicating the inside with the outside; the porous film 8 mounted on the external side of the case 5 so as to cover the hole part 20; and a pressing plate 9 having a ventilation hole 27 corresponding to the hole part 20, for pressing a fringe part of the porous film 8.
