PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein analysis operation for an artificial satellite is high in working load such as confirmation of input mistake to an operator since the analysis operation requires an analysis program to be executed in an execution order determined on a day basis by a specific analysis pattern and a plurality of fine settings requiring familiarity regarding the analysis program. SOLUTION: To a group of the analysis programs of the artificial satellite for leading out output data from input data and analysis setting, an operation procedure recording processing 31 for recording the operation procedure of the group of the analysis programs in the periodically repeatedly performed operation as operation procedure data, data discrimination processing 33 for specifying the input data and the output data by the number N of operations, and execution instruction processing 34 for informing the group of the analysis programs of execution instruction according to the operation procedure data are executed by an information processing device 2. The operation of analysis of the artificial satellite is assisted thereby, and transfer to execution by determination of the operator and by the detailed analysis pattern is facilitated.
