PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of a device by adequately dealing with an abnormality of a switching valve for switching a passage for feeding fluid pressure to a clutch. SOLUTION: The switching valve 70 selectively makes a switch to a state of allowing an input port 72b connected to a discharge port 104 of an electromagnetic pump 100 and an output port 72d connected to an input port 112 of a linear solenoid SLC1 to communicate with each other, and a state of allowing the output port 72d and an input port 72c connected to an output port 92b for a D-position of a manual valve 90 to communicate with each other. The linear solenoid SLC1 outputs an operating oil inputted through the input port 112 to the clutch C1 from an output port 114 with adjusting discharge of the oil to a drain port 116. Therefore, even if the switching valve 70 is seized, the hydraulic pressure acting on the clutch C1 is drained by connecting the output port 114 and the drain port 116 by turning off the linear solenoid SLC1.
