<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid-based film suitable for a transparent packaging film obtained by improving rolled shape and poor appearance, more particularly, to provide a film without drawbacks such as film surface transcribed defects and projection-like defects in an appearance of the product roll. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The polylactic acid-based film roll has a core with an average surface roughness of ≤4.0 μm, around which a film is wound, wherein haze of the film is >1% and ≤10%.
