PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray inspection apparatus of a simple structure capable of minimizing X-ray leakage. SOLUTION: In the X-ray inspection apparatus 100, commercial products 900 are transferred by a belt conveyor 800 to inspect the commercial products 900 by X rays 210 irradiated from an X-ray irradiation device 200. X-ray leakage preventive curtains 500 are arranged on the transfer upstream side and the transfer downstream side of the belt conveyor 800.
