PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a kitchen counter for mounting a sink in an opening part formed in the counter with excellent workability and finishing a joint in a joint part of the sink and the opening part with excellent designability and to provide the kitchen counter manufactured by the method. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method for the kitchen counter A, the sink 2 has a flange part 21, a suspending piece 22 extended in substantially vertical direction for a floor surface, provided with a through-hole 23, and being folded back is peripherally provided at a peripheral edge of the flange part 21, the sink 2 is fitted into the opening part 14 provided in the counter 1 to hold an inner peripheral edge 15 forming the opening part 14 and the suspending piece 22 being folded back through a clearance while a sink 2 side of the through-hole 23 is blocked by an air permeability material, and a part of a joint part formed by pouring a joint resin into the clearance and hardening the resin constitutes a joint 51.
